Symmetrization of mathematical model of charge transport in semiconductors
Abstract
A mathematical model of charge transport in semiconductors is considered. The model is a quasilinear system of differential equations. A problem of finding an additional entropy conservation law and system symmetrization are solved.The authors retain all rights to the original work without any restrictions.
