Optimization problems with side constraints and generalized equilibrium principles
Abstract
In this paper we show how the "Wardrop Equilibrium Principle" must be modified when capacities for the paths of a network are introduced. Moreover we show that the equilibrium conditions can be still expressed in terms of a variational inequality.The authors retain all rights to the original work without any restrictions.
