Sulla razionalità delle 3-varietà di Fano con B_2 almeno 2
Abstract
Complex, smooth, projective Fano varieties were classified by Iskovskih when B2 =1 (B2 is the second Betti number) and by Mori and Mukai when B2 is at least 2. When B2 =1 it is known if such varieties are rational (unirational) or not; in this paper we solve this problem when B2 greater or equal 2.The authors retain all rights to the original work without any restrictions.
